Timney Triggers is proud to offer our No Hassle, Legendary Lifetime Warranty on all of our triggers.

We recognize that we have the most loyal customers in the business, and we greatly appreciate their commitment to us. We are dedicated to producing The World’s Finest Triggers for our customers here in the United States, and we proudly guarantee each and every Timney Trigger is built for life.

Our warranty states that we will repair or replace your Timney Trigger in the event that it becomes damaged or defective, at no extra charge to you. If we cannot repair your trigger, we will replace it.

Through our collaborative mission to our customers, ourselves, and innovation, Timney will continue to lead the trigger market and create outstanding products for the next 75 years and beyond.

**Please note, our Lifetime Warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the trigger.

The Timney Guarantee

Every Timney Trigger is carefully hand-assembled, tested, calibrated, adjusted, and inspected before leaving our facility to ensure you are receiving a dependable product. We make sure every possible measure is taken when designing and constructing your trigger. If any issues arise with your Timney Trigger, under conditions of normal use and service, necessary repairs, including parts and labor, will be made at no added charge to the purchaser, providing our inspection reveals parts were not damaged through accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, or other causes beyond our control.

We neither assume nor imply any oral or statutory warranties, and we neither assume nor authorize any person to assume us for any obligation or liability in connection with this trigger. Repairs or disassembly of a Timney Trigger in any manner, without specific authorization from Timney Triggers, voids the guarantee.

Timney Triggers is proud to offer you a lifetime warranty on all our products. Each trigger is Proudly Made in the USA and is guaranteed.

If you purchased your item directly from Timney Triggers you may return it for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. If you are a Timney Dealer or Distributor, please contact us directly for return policy information at customerservice@timneyusa.com or 623-223-1111. We do request that the trigger is in its original packaging, new, and not modified to receive a refund. Please include with the returned item your name, address, and phone number, along with the original receipt (if available).

Defective items may be returned for a full refund. Please include a note explaining why the item is defective and include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt. If it is a manufacturer's problem, Timney Triggers will refund shipping charges if replacement is not requested.

Cancellations
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please, call us immediately at 623-223-1111, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been packaged and are out the door. Please refer to our Returns section for information about returns.

At Timney Triggers, it is our policy to NOT sell or distribute any customer information to third parties. If you wish to be removed from our database, simply email us at customerservice@TimneyUSA.com. Our client contact information is never sold or distributed to any other organizations. Same policy holds true for our email lists at Timney Triggers.
