I bought and installed one of these on my son's Mountain Rifle. Installation was easier than the instructions made it sound and the trigger is a tremendous improvement over the factory trigger. This is the third Timney I've bought and easily the best improvement one can make on any factory rifle. I'll be buying a few more Timneys before I'm done with my collection.

Just installed a 1 1/2 lb trigger in my Rem 700 VLS and my groups shrank by half at least. I bought this trigger based on the performance of the Sportsman trigger in my 1903A3. What's not to like about a product made in Arizona by Arizonans?

I recently purchased this trigger for my remington 700VS in .308. To say i am pleased with it is an understatement...The machining and attention to detail was outstanding. I love the wide trigger shoe and i am well pleased with the fit and finish. The only recomendation I have is to change all screws to the nylon type like the overtravel screw was...I had a difficult time getting the adjustments to stay put while I tightened the lock nut. I consider this problem to be very minor...And this is not affecting the rating of the trigger. A clean, crisp trigger that is consistant is what I was hoping to get when I purchased the trigger and it met and excedded all my expectations.

I love my new Timney on my custom Rem 700 in.308. With ammo I reload myself 1/4 MOA is becoming far more common.

got my timney remington 700 replacement trigger today. in thirty minutes my 204 ruger went from an ordinary rifle to a first class varmint rig. far superior to remington's new x mark trigger.

Have one in my Ruger M77, and love it. Common Timney make a left handed version for my Remington 700!!

In reading the above reviews, I just wish Timney made a trigger for the my Remington 700 left hand version. And how about a Ruger Mini-14?

Overall, a good product. Crisp break, less pull, tighter groups. One thing you should be prepared to do on installation is carve out a little more stock inlet clearance for the set screws on the front of the trigger module. After that, no problem.
Now I need a new scope!

I just installed it in about 20 minutes and boy does it break like a dream. The bolt release spring was a little tricky, but it’s manageable. It will be a great addition to any 700.

Very nice trigger when it works. Factory set to a crisp 2 pounds. Breaks very clean. However the safety needs to be moved the full length of its travel unlike the factory smooth spring switch to the off position. Have had a shot and the safety was not forced all the way forward and was not able to get the shot off. Very Frustrating. Also the bolt release, although nothing is binding or pinched, the release sticks and has to be dug back out of the trigger to move the release back. $160 lesson learned.

Arrived well packed to the other side of the world...Australia. Fitting took less than 20 min, no inleting at all required on my Rem 700P .338 Lapua. Trigger breaks nice and crisp with no creep....looks like I will get one for my CZ 452 .17 hmr also

I replaced the factory Remington 700 triger on my VLS with this one. The trigger pull is amazing crisp and clean like breaking glass. Easy install takes about 10 minutes. Reduced my groups by atleast 1/4". Couple this trigger with a Calahan firing pin (from Midwayusa.com) and holy cow it is a sweet set up. I have let others shoot my VLS and the all remark abuot just how good the trigger feels. I will soon be replacing triggers on other rifles with Timney triggers. Best money I spend on my Remington.

I replaced all four of my Remington rifles with Timney’s. They adjust as advertised, they are safe and they feel very good with the wide trigger. I can’t say enough about them. I am a varmint hunter and I need a reliable #2 trigger...you delivered

This is the second trigger I’ve ordered. The first for my 30-06 and now this one for my 7MM mag. Installation was a breeze and the two pound pull allowed me to tighten my shot groups from about 3 inches to about an 1 1/2 at 100 yards. OUTSTANDING-
